Job Title: Front-End Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end technologies and a passion for crafting intuitive and visually engaging web experiences. This role requires working in night or rotational shifts, supporting global projects and ensuring seamless user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React and Next.js
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to implement highly functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Work with Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion to create seamless animations and modern designs
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve application performance and user experience
• Follow coding best practices and maintain clean, organized, and reusable code
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions

Key Skills & Technologies:

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with React.js and Next.js frameworks
• Proficient in using Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development
• Familiarity with Framer Motion for animation and transitions
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git
